Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for achieving targets through components like Products,
  • Solutions and services Who has work experience in BFSI/BANKING vertical,preferably in private sector banks , insurance and other financial Institutions.
  • Strong team handling experience
  • Strong relationship with BFSI customers and account management capability.
  • Ensure at least 70% of addressable business (Wallet share) of Partners is with the organization.
  • Driving results, sales innovation & people management.
  • Result oriented approach with high focus on revenue achievement and collection Achieving product /LOB wise sales target.
  • Strong relationship with all partners to drive repeat business with the customer.
  • Domain knowledge of IT solution and services business, especially in network and security domain Funnel Management Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
  • Financial Management: Achieves year on year growth for the region and manages account reconciliation for partners and customers Sales Management:
  • Product wise revenue targets and analyzing market trends and reporting new trends to HO Competition Mapping: Understanding the market dynamics Partner & customer satisfaction Develop strong business relations with the channel partners to ensure continued business support.
  • Develop and maintain excellent partner relationship. Leverages & Networks Ensure all partner commitments are kept up.
  • Ensure sales stock availability at a defined point in time.
  • Timely addressing & resolution of issues .

Salary: INR 25,00,000 – 32,50,000 P.A.
