The iTero Intraoral scanner is an open architecture system that allows for compatibility with multiple laboratory-based CAD/CAM milling systems and over 3,000 dental labs. The iTero Intraoral scanner provides a dental "chair-side" platform for accessing valuable digital diagnosis and treatment tools, with potential for enhancing accuracy of records, treatment efficiency, and the overall patient experience. The combination enables us to bring innovative new Invisalign treatment tools to customers and extended the value of intraoral scanning in dental practices. The digitized workflow of the iTero Intraoral scanner affords customers a great deal of flexibility. Whether it’s a crown or bridge restoration, full or partial orthodontics (including Invisalign treatment), an inlay/onlay, veneers or a validated implant solution, customers can select the digital workflow option that best fits their needs for each individual case within their practice.

Job Description:


    •  To manage a database of inactive or low submitting clinics/Doctors in collaboration with Practice Development Managers (PDM), thereby improving the utilisation rate and re-activation
      • To work closely with the PDMs and clinical team to drive attendance at training events, as well as, improve clinical confidence of the assigned Doctors. This may include confirming pre-event logistics, rolling out online training modules, etc
      • To support PDMs with follow-up calls to ensure continuation of case submissions. This may include identifying unmet needs where the doctors or clinics may need our support to accelerate their growth. Examples may include: training for clinic assistants, trouble-shooting of cases with clinical team, providing marketing collaterals, etc
      • To update low submitting and inactive Doctors of our promotional activities and key programs, thereby motivating their recommendation to patients
      • Reports back to Sales Manager or Director with all assigned reports and tasks

The Territory Associate should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

      • High level of business and commercial acumen to spot business opportunities
      • High level of professional selling skills, so as to persuade and influence
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Result oriented
      • Team player


    •  Minimum of effective calls per day
    • Sales target achievement (total cases from Doctors in database, average utilisation rate, and reactivation rate)
    • Input all calls and contacts into Salesforce
    • Track and measure results from contacts
