Job Description


  • Strategically align learning and development programs with the Business objectives.
  • Communicate with Leadership to determine and deliver training priorities
  • Develops metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs
  • Drive Induction and Integration of New Employees

Internal Communication and Employee Engagement

  • Build strong Communication, Alignment and Connect with employees in distributed set-up through Internal Communication, Reward & Recognition and Engagement Plan.
  • Develop Internal Communication strategy that ensures consistent messages across geographies and business units
  • Ensure effective communication to employees devising innovative communication vehicles
  • Set standards for content of communication materials, distribution, and timeliness
  • Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement
  • Create a comprehensive employee relations strategy and understand its effectiveness through surveys
  • Advise HR business partners and leaders on action plans based on survey results
  • Drive improvements to the recognition programs based on current business needs
