      Recruitment, Sourcing, Hiring at various levels, PMS, Maintaining requisition & Staff Matrix, Employee Grievances, HR Operations, Formulation & Implementation of HR
    Policies, Employee Engagement, Exp on Spine, Oracle & SAP will be added advantage.
