Job Description:-

      1. Business Strategy:
      a. Research & Analytics
      Regular study on Consumer Behavior & demand, Competition, Industry Growth
      Analyze internal sales/revenue trends channel, customer, geography, product portfolio, seasonality
      PESTLE & SWOT Analysis
      b. Demand Forecasting
      Define sales potential in terms of Channel, Products, Geography & Customer based on the above research and analytics
      Prioritize the potential:
      o As per 80:20 principle
      o As per Growth Segments
      o As per investment requirements
      Establish the Broad Sales Target for the year
      Create a business plan and establish the focus areas for the year
      c. Planning
      Analyze your resources JLM Supply & Branding Capabilities, Sales Manpower, Future expansion Plans and Capability Development
      Create a Resource Gap Plan for Target Coverage In terms of supply, Manpower, Finance, Skills etc
      Discuss with other stakeholders and define action plans to fill those gaps
      Break down the sales targets into channel wise, customer wise, product wise, Region wise targets
      Prepare the annual sales plan Month wise, Channel wise, Customer Wise, Product wise
      d. Target Setting
      Define clear quantifiable targets for all employees building a level of flexibility in the same
      Sales Manager
      wise target assignment as per the segments opportunity size & their strengths, Note: Sum of targets greater than your total target
      1. Define their individual KRAs & KPIs
      2. Targets to be allocated by Customer wise, product wise, channel wise, territory wise
      3. Ensure buy-in from the team
      4. Discuss the how of achieving the targets
      5. Define communication & reporting process When, how often, who
      2. Business Growth:
      Topline Achievement
      1. From Existing Products, Customers, Geography
      2. From New Products, Customers, Geography
      Bottomline Achievement Cost Optimization
      1. Manpower
      2. Business Expenses
      3. Business Operations & Administrative Activities:
      Coordinate with the SCM team to ensure inventory as per plan and ensure timely replenishment
      Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that the products are delivered on time with zero deviation
      Customer Relationship Management Loyalty Programs, Schemes, Campaigns
      Returns & Damage Products Management
      Participate in Product Pricing Management with focus on P&L Based on costs, competition, supply & demand
      Planning & Management of Sales Campaigns, Loyalty Programs & other Promotional Activities
      Planning & Management of New Product Launch
      Managing our online Presence Products, Site Performance, User Experience, Customer Engagement & Conversion
      Collections Ensuring Timely collections as per plan , i.e. Zero ODs
      Sales Review Management
      Sales Process Management
      Sales Team Building, Training & Development
      4. MIS Monthly Performance reports
