Job Description :
Regional manager (retail) will be responsible to drive & achieve the goals for ICFL retail segment in the assigned region through mapped distribution channels. Some of the prominent distribution channels are the ICICIdirect branches, the acquisition channel IA/IFA, Business Partners and other distribution channels. The incumbent manager will also be responsible to maintain positive rapport with all the stake holders in assigned distribution channels in the region and ensure top of the mind recall for the ICFL programmes amongst the sales channels.

Essential Skills: Strong networking & influencing skills. Ability with liaison with seniors and juniors with confidence even when there is no reporting line. Impart product training to sales teams and upgrade their skills to sell ICFL programmes / products. Self motivated and also motivates the assigned sales teams
Takes initiatives and owns responsibility. Basic understanding of the stock markets – working, regulatory environment, trading and settlement
