Experience : 3 – 4 years in HR generalist role.

Experience with Service industry, BPO / Call-Centre preferred.

Age : 24-28 years

Location : Mumbai

Education : Graduation preferably psychology, Post-graduate in HR

Job Description

1. Supporting the Manager HR in managing all HR functions for 200+ employees

 i) Manpower Planning, Recruitment, On-boarding
ii) Training, Learning & Development
iii) Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
iv) Rewards & Recognition and Employee Engagement v) PMS, Appraisals and Retention
vi) Employee Database, HRIS, Attendance, Leaves2. Maintaining awareness and knowledge of latest HR development practices and trends in order to implement best practices suitably tailoring them to organisation and its business.

1) Education and experience:
i) Post Graduate in HR
ii) HR Generalist
iii) Experience with the BPO / Call-centre.

2) Other Qualities:
i) Person with empathy and ability to create a Gung-Ho organisation
ii) Hands on experience in mid-level talent acquisition, recruitment and other core HR functions
iii) Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and L&D
iv) Desire to learn and to walk the extra mile to create an ardent human force
v) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good command over English.
vi) Good Knowledge of corporate HR practices and latest trends
vii) Quick learner with ability to adapt to constantly changing business environment.
viii) Good Communication, Training and Presentation skills.
ix) Readiness to take up bigger roles at later stages.

Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
