Job Description Job description: 
1) Establishing, maintaining and growing relationship with the key stakeholders of the Bank in the branches under control.
2) Opportunity mapping starting at the branch level and sharing the same, including activities such as branch / customer profiling and survey on competitor products
3) Conducting in- branch training and joint calls to train and convert business
4) Handling and driving marketing and business promotion campaigns designed at National/ Zonal/Regional levels
5) Providing regular and timely updates of various activities and campaigns as per the agreed frequency and formats by the management.
6) Owning the budgeted sales target for the branch/ branches.
Ensuring and owning 360-degree support on OPS, MIS, Customer Service and Claim related queries.
7) Following and adhering to the governance planMinimum Qualification: 
1)Should be a Graduate
2)Preferred Qualification
3)MBA from a business school/University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.

Key Requirements: 
1)Experience & Skills
2)Should have 1+ years of experience in Banking /Financial Services Sales professional, ideally having insurance sales experience.
3)Understanding of the domain
4)Some experience in Bancassurance Channel preferable
5)Discipline in sales management
6)Relationship Management
7)Self-motivated
8)This is 90% field and 10% desk job,Candidate should be interested in in going outside daily to field.
