Structure As of January 2016, ACI serves 592 members operating 1,853 airports in 173 countries. ACI is a non-profit organization whose prime purpose is to advance the interests of airports and to promote professional excellence in airport management and operations. According to preliminary statistics, in 2015 airports worldwide welcomed 7.1 billion arriving and departing passengers and handled 105 million metric tonnes of cargo and 86 million aircraft movements. ACI World is based in Montreal, Canada and there are five geographical regions. To pursue work with regional governmental and non-governmental organizations, they are supported by specialized committees and task forces.

Job Description:

      • Charter Sales executive will be working as part of an international charter sales broking team.
      • He/She will be expected to deliver predefined revenue and profitability targets by providing charter solutions to clients.
      • The person will be required to demonstrate strong sales capabilities, smart procurement abilities, creative presenting of offers, outstanding commercial awareness, insightful closing techniques and robust administration.
      • To compliment the primary role, Charter Sales Executive will also be required to be included in various field activities such as client sales presentations, airline logistics meetings, aircraft viewing, flight riding or flight dispatch and corporate hospitality.
Job Responsibilities;

  • Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales
  • Client Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business
  • Achieve quarterly revenue and profitability targets

Key Success Factor:

  • Speedy turnaround and effective management of new and existing client enquiries
  • Conform to all company procedures as set down in the staff manual and divisional standard operating procedures.
  • Pro-active approach to growth and maintenance of personal client base
  • Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly into company database and updated on a regular basis
  • Flight files are updated and invoiced correctly
