Job Description:

    • Business Development Executive / Manager
    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development person to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients by apply an effective sales strategy.
    • Requirements
    • Proven working experience between 5 to 10 yrs as a business development manager or an executive in selling services – Design / Software solution is a must.
    • Experience in working on Government entities and Process management for the Bidding activities.
    • Exposure to handling legal matters, tender terms, standards of government tendering, coming out with solutions to mitigate risks with understanding of the bidding process on the ultimate project delivery is a must have skill and knowledge.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and English language.
    • Proven sales track record and very good market Knowledge
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • God Communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport to connect and communicate with the officials/executives at clients office and also internally.
    • Time management and planning skills
    • Experience of e-tendering process will be added advantage.
    • Must be flexible to travel and the base location would be Bangalore / Mumbai.
    • A bachelors degree in Engineering with MBA is required.
