Job Description:

      1. Manage the HR Operations budget, ensuring services are delivered within agreed cost parameters and driving efficiencies,
      2. Responsible to manage HR & IR for all the project sites,
      3. Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters,
      4. Talent Development & Deployment Facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively. Partner with the Business Heads, Talent Acquisition and L&D team to build people capability,
      5. Lead all IR interventions,
      6. Designing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to meet business needs and deliver efficiency and legal compliance,
      7. Oversight of all employee life cycle events and processes,
      8. HR Report and Analytics

Salary:INR 12,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A.

      1. Experience in benefits and compensation management and statutory compliance’s,

 

      2. Experience of business process design and improvement, process mapping, problem solving and decision making,
      3. Experience in identifying strategic HR related issues, thinking laterally and applying analytical, qualitative and research skills to develop appropriate strategies,
      4. Broad generalist HR experience, with exposure to a number of HR specialisms (Preferred).

UG:Any Graduate – Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations, Any Postgraduate
